This page contains information for those on the Guest list and for Guest E-ticket holders attending Leeds Festival, 26th-28th August 2022. Information for General Admission ticket holders can be found here.

Guests arriving BY CAR/TAXI must enter at PURPLE GATE

On arrival look for the cabin marked ‘GUEST CHECK-IN’. For those on the Guest list go to the window marked ‘FESTIVAL REPUBLIC GUEST LIST’. For those with Guest E-tickets please head to the window marked ‘GUEST TICKET HOLDERS’. All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband/pass. Please remember to bring valid PHOTO ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A copy or photo is acceptable.

Important note: Weekend Guests will then need to drive to the Guest campsite / Car park. Taxis are NOT permitted to drive to the campsite – there will be an internal shuttle bus from Purple Gate to take anyone arriving by taxi to the Guest campsite.

Guests arriving BY BUS/COACH must enter at YELLOW GATE.

On arrival look for the cabin marked ‘GUEST CHECK-IN’. Guest E-ticket holders will be able to exchange tickets at the window marked ‘GUEST TICKET HOLDERS’ for an event wristband. All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband/pass. Please remember to bring valid PHOTO ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A copy or photo is acceptable.

Band/Artist and Festival Republic Guest lists will be kept at the Guest Check-in at PURPLE GATE.

If you are arriving my BUS/COACH at Yellow Gate and are on a guest list, please go to Yellow Guest Check-in by the transport hub first where staff will advise further.

Please do not enter at any of the public entrances. You cannot reach the Guest Check-in or collect your wristband/pass from any other location or gate.

Guest tickets must not be resold, and Guest list places are strictly non-transferable.

Please do not post images of Guest tickets or passes anywhere online or on social media.

GUEST CHECK-IN OPENING TIMES *

  • Wednesday: 14:00 – 21:00
  • Thursday: 09:00 – 21:00
  • Friday: 09:00 – 21:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 21:00

*You will not be able collect your pass/wristband outside of these times.

GUEST TICKETS

Guest tickets are sent out in advance either as E-Tickets via email. Please bring your E-ticket (either

printed out or ready to show on your mobile) and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to be exchanged for an event wristband.

GUEST LIST

The Guest List is for those who have not been sent guest tickets in advance. If you were sent a Guest List confirmation letter please bring this with you, or any email confirming your place on the guest list. Make sure you know whose list you are on!

You’ll also need photo ID to collect your pass/wristband.

GUEST ACCESS & FACILITIES

Day Guest ticket holders have access into the arena and the Guest Area, which features a private bar, food stalls, and toilet facilities. There is no camping available to Day Guests.

Weekend Guest ticket holders allow access into the Arena, the Guest Area, the public campsites and the Guest Campsite.

Any guest wishing to bring a campervan, caravan or similar must purchase a permit in advance. To purchase a permit and for more information, please email guestcampervans@festivalrepublic.com. We have a very limited number available. All occupants must have a Weekend Guest Ticket to access the Guest campervan field.

CHARITY DONATION

Unless otherwise stated, there is a compulsory charity donation payable per Guest List place (Day ticket: £25, Weekend Ticket: £60). E-ticket holders who have prepaid their donation online will not be asked to donate on arrival to the festival. All proceeds go to local groups, projects and charities; details are available on the Festival Republic website.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

*Children are only allowed to enter with a parent on first entry Parents / guardians cannot come collect their wristbands and then bring their children aged 13-15 to collect a wristband after the fact, everyone must come together on first entry.

Leeds Festival welcomes all ages.

All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult guest ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the weekend as the under 16-year-old’s guardian. No
unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.

Under 13’s (12 years and under) are admitted free but must be accompanied by a guest ticket-holder over 18 at all times. Wristbands, to write a mobile number on for
children 12 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges & welfare points.

We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

PARKING AND TRAVEL

Your Guest ticket includes guest parking. Please be aware ALL guests are required to first collect their wristband from the Guest Check-in and then drive to the Guest car park. For travel information please visit https://www.leedsfestival.com/information-category/travel.

SUSTAINABILITY

In line with our European Sustainability Policy, Festival Republic/Live Nation will not be selling unsustainable single use plastic bottles at our events. We are sourcing sustainable options, and recommend you bring refillable bottles to use the free water stations provided.
