South Arcade

BBC Introducing StageSaturday8:15 pm

South Arcade are one of the most exciting bands in the alternative scene at the moment. Made up of Harmony Scott-Russell, Harry Winks, Cody Leigh and Ollie Green, the band have gone from strength to strength since forming in 2021. An embodiment of the early noughties in both their sound and aesthetic, their catchy melodies, hammering guitars and energetic stage presence has garnered them a huge and rapidly growing following.

With an increasing list of tours under their belts, the Oxford-based four piece have built a strong reputation for their live performances. After successful support slots with the likes of As Everything Unfolds, Dead Pony, RØRY and Yours Truly, the band recently wrapped up the Arc.Angel Tour, a six-date run of some of their biggest headline shows to date, including the O2 Academy2 in Islington, with all dates completely sold-out!

Following a string of successful singles including unaware, New Fever and their most streamed track to date, Sound Of An Empty Room, South Arcade now have over 235k followers across their social media and 2.9 million likes and multiple viral videos on TikTok. While heavily inspired by the 2000’s pop rock era, South Arcade have found the perfect combination between the Y2K nostalgia and modern production, making them an unstoppable force in the scene.
