Songwriting inspired by nature. tinyumbrellas, aka DT, has been developing their unique brand of folky daydream indie pop for a few years. Beginning as a lockdown pastime in a bedroom in Norfolk, tinyumbrellas has since developed into a fully-fledged project, with their 2024 EP ‘ i know trees are falling’ gaining support from Radio 1, and playing Glastonbury and Latitude on BBC Introducing Stages. tinyumbrellas’ music caresses the heartstrings with a profound ode to all forms of love – platonic, romantic, or simply an admiration for life and nature’s poignant beauty.
